Beyonce Giselle Knowles, was born September 4 1981 in Houston. Tina Knowles, her mom creates the glittering costumes, and Mathew Knowles, Destiny's child's manager. Solange is her sibling (4 years separated by four years) has released her first album. She performs with her sister at DC-3 concerts. Beyonce is of Louisiana Creole & African descent. Whitney Houston found her and her group. One of her top songs is "Lovefool" by The Cardigans. Her favorite item of clothing is a pair of path work metallic boots. She is the creator and producer for many of the group's hit songs, including "Jumpin Jumpin", “Bootylicious" Nasty Girls", "Independent Women", and "Happy Face". She has ancestors who are predominantly African as well as French. They also have Canadian ancestral ancestors. Beyonce also descends 1/32 Irish, and her maternal side is distant Breton-, Spanish-, Indonesian- and Chinese roots. According to some, she created a stage persona known as "Sasha" to overcome her shyness.
